Sure you can. Any fairy wrasse will do. You can also try a Melanarus, xmas or mystery. Although mystery are a bit aggressive once settled.

What Darren said makes sense. I have also seen first hand when someone dipped frags in Prazi for AEFW. Prazi is reef safe. So another option is to do prazi dosing at interval of 2 weeks for 3 or 4 treatments. That should get the eggs (after they hatch).

I thought you had ich 5 hours ago? Maybe I misunderstood. In any case, how are you judging that it is gone? No more white spots? No more scratching I guess? That only means that the fish have developed immunity towards it. However ich is there. The only sure way to kill ich is copper and/or hypo.

LOL. No sir ich will not disappear in hours after you dosed Kick Ich. If you really have ich then it will go through its cycle. It takes 4 - 6 weeks for it to cycle. The cycle continues if you have host (read fish). Honestly there is so much info on marine ICH on the web. Start with this...

Zeozym I am dosing 2.5 teaspoons for 600 gallon. That is the recommended dose. We will see how it goes next week.

Raising temp has no effect on Marine ICH.

Very interesting. This never happened to me. I dosed last night and just went downstairs to check the skimmer and it was totally normal. Maybe I am not dosing enough. I also checked the instructions and they do not say to turn off skimmer. I will shutoff next time and see what happens. Weird...

Do you have corals in the tank? You can take out all corals and CUC and go hypo. That is all about you can do in DT.

Again, I do not shutoff my skimmer. I might do it next time I dose and see what happens.
