You are supposed to add some fish at the same time as biospira. You need a ammonia source which will be the food you feed the fish etc. You can also add household ammonia to get the cycle started. If you used biospira the bacteria is already there, now you need to feed it. Biospira usually...

I think that the two returns are not level. Take a level and check. You may have to raise the water level in DT to submerge any siphon holes etc.

What is in the CD drive? Is there a bootable windows CD there? In Bios just leave CD rom in boot sequence and see what happens.

Try to check the bios and see what is the booting order. It says something like press F12 to enter setup etc ..

I know that palys and zoa do not like very clean water. What kind of skimmer do you have? How many times are you feeding? If your water is too clean and stripped of nutrients, then zoa will not be happy.
