A kessil 150/160 wouldn't do it. They are really rated for an 18x18 tank. Look into Ocean Revive. We use to run them at the shop and they did a pretty good job and were fairly cheap.

In all honesty it's more about consistency than any single piece of equipment. I've grown beautiful corals under $100 lights and $1000 lights. I'm a big proponent of frequent water changes and I attribute alot of it to just doing that.
