I could understand if it was something like brooklynella, from what I understand clowns can be more prone than some other fish but that would be identifiable.

I would prob use tin snips before a cut off wheel. I'll think about it, no bulbs only fixture? And are they off of one ballast? I'm really trying to hook up 4 t5s to my leds and i would like to run them all off one ballast.

Hey guys I'm thinking about retro fitting some 24" t5s onto my leds looking for retro fit kits or used fixtures that I could hack apart. Let me know what you got. Or if anyone has a 6 or 8 bulb unit I would be interested in that to.

It's really about how far you want to go. I don't think I would have high end sps under that light. But with the right tank it would probably work.

The lights I had were able to grow coral I had a piece of monti cap on bottom of a 29g that grew well. White was at 20% blue at 50% . I feel they will get the job done well definitely bright enough. They aren't maxspect, ai, ect.. but they work. big dollar lights blend better have better leds...
