increasing flow to the area might keep it away, but you need to address the nutrient issue that is causing you cyano to keep it away.

I have very bright green GSP, it's dense and looks like grass since you don't see the polyp center. I 4x4 tiles of it. PM me if you're interested.

Second lowboy is up and running! Lol forgot to take a pic. I did however take this pic. I knew he was going, he was hanging out in a corner acting skittish for a few weeks. I did not expect the flower nem to take a shot at his corpse.

Thanks everyone. Typical for my schedule (work, kids sports, etc) I haven’t turned the second lowboy on yet. Hopefully I’ll get it done today, but probably not. My brother is home from his Afghanistan deployment for another few days before he goes back to Hawaii.

Everything I have is 1/4 I believe, I like them to be 12x8 as it allows me freedom to move them around. The ones I built were PVC, the acrylic ones were made for me by a club member. They were 1/4 also. dave

Eggcrate is such a pain in the butt to deal with. Algae grows on it in every corner. You'll have much less maintenance if you go with a frag rack. You can buy them made of acrylic, or make them yourself. If you only have to make a couple, buy PVC sheets on amazon and drill the holes. I was...

Nutrient control is the best way out. Like Diana I’ve used vibrant. I actually use it regularly for maintenance. Manual removal of what you can get to spores it up, do t worry about breaking them, it does not spread them. Good luck dave

The fish room is taking shape. New sump is running, all existing tanks now plumed to it. Lowboy is drilled, forgot a bulkhead so waiting for delivery tomorrow. I should have it plumbed and running tomorrow.
