Sorry, just re-read your post. Sounds like you have him isolated in a tank already which is good. Humblefish forums is a good place to look for a lot of info. First diagnose what disease the fish has. FW dips are sometimes helpful to alleviate symptoms, sometimes it adds a ton of stress too.

Do you have a QT tank? looks like either Velvet or Ich.. I have a QT tank that's running empty right now, if you want to make the drive over here, I can see if I can nurse him back.
