    Easy Macro Lens

It won't focus becausee your beyond the minimum range right? Several versatile Nikon SLR lenses can focus within 12" or so from the object, while the higher quality macro lenses can focus as close as 6," even with telephoto range.

    Any ideas?

Unfortunately there's no way to know w/o having someone with experience examine him. Again I suggest you pass a good pic to Bob Fenner, as he has veterinarians in his group.

    Phosphates and Gfo depletion

It doesn't make sense. IMO Either the testing procedure was faulty before, or afterwards. Or or the kit itself made an error. But the information is bad most likely. Just start over with a new baseline. You can do the math on the GFO and based on your po4 level, water volume and amount of...

Help me make a reefing decision

I'm in line for a 250DD. The DD tanks are all 36" wide. The 200DD is 4ft long, the 250dd is 5ft and the 300DD is 6ft. Libby on here just put in a 250DD.

Help me make a reefing decision

With a basement under a DD or a 120g, you might want to run at least a 100g rubbermaid as a sump and another 100g rubbermaid as a fuge.

    Bubble algae issues

That's very concerning about those corals going downhill quickly. The only thing that's changed is an increase in water changes, so my guess is that this increase is causing a problem for the corals. Many folks don't do significant water changes for this reason.

    Giant Eel

I believe the Moray's are attached to their crevice/home all the time so they don't really need a lot of space. They're like clownfish and jawfish in that respect and can be pretty fine in a standard tank. I think that's one of the reasons they've been kept by aquarists forever going back to...

    Giant Eel

My daughter's been begging me to a green moray for her tank but I don't think I want to take one on. But that would be perfect.
