Anthias would be a good choice. Lyretail are very nice along with bartletts. Midas Blenny comes to mind as well. Carpenters wrasse or possibly a mccoskers wrasse.

I would dip it like you normally would. While its in the dip use a turkey baster or something to blow the coral off really well. I would then rinse and blow it off again in a container of tank water.

Not a bad idea. Someone else suggested Vanderbilt chromis which I may do 2 of. I have had the same experience as Ju with trios.
