Folks, if you've recently upgraded or renewed your annual club membership but it's still not active, please reach out to the BOD or a moderator. The PayPal system has a slight bug which it doesn't allow it to activate the account on it's own.
Thanks Herbie for showing us around and answering any questions we had aquaria or solar! Kelly and I had a good time. That was very nice of you to donate to the club, they were some nice pieces, I wish I had some cash I would have taken you up on the offer.
I would also like to thank Dan for...
Phyl, I have the Dogtra collars for both of my dogs. They work great with some training. Was recommended and purchased from a known trainer who has trained many police dogs.
If you'd like to talk about them, I'll catch you at the meeting. You could actually borrow mine for a little while if...
Test your water straight out of the well(TDS) and test after the softener or whatever filtration you may have. When you have the readings call or e-mail Airwaterice. I did this when I moved a year ago from city water my whole life to well water now. My readings were very impressive to them and...
I had the opportunity to see this tank in person last week. It is a very nice looking tank. Nice clear and colorful. As always in this hobby the pics do not do it justice at all. Very nice

Re: Brian's 225g Monstrosity!
Bad luck on timing. I had my pump go on me once around the same time of night. Helpless knowing you cant even run out and get a replacement at this hour. Good luck

Is it possible that any of the nasties that we do not want to see in our reef tanks can make it past an RODI even with a TDS reading of zero? eg. silicates, phosphates, iron etc.
Is a DI resin bed standard or do you need specialized filters/resins to take out silicates?

I heard feeding them multiple times a day is the only way to keep them. I'd like to get some, but not sure how to feed them so often. Would it be ok to feed them dry flakes or pellets from an auto feeder 4 times a day and hand feed a variety of foods at night be enough to sustain them?
