Those look like the same ones I got. When I did mine the company I got them from stressed that I use a thermal paste between the LED and the plate that they touch. I forget which brand I picked up but it was fairly inexpensive. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

You can purchase new diodes that you can replace the old burnt leds with. It's pretty simple to do, remove the bad ones and solder the new one back in place. I did this with an old blueline fixture and it was pretty easy. I know this doesn't help with it happening in the future but it's a...
