After a stupid amount of planning. I spent the day building our light support / fish containment / stray light eliminator and access to tank... hood. It’s not painted yet. And I have moldings to still put on to dress it up. But I feel good about how it went so I am posting some early photos...

I think it looks great. Real Nice job. Working on my light support / canopy today as well. But painting will take a few days. So prop won’t update my build page til then. You guys are allll so much faster. I’m a real turtle hahaha

I have two old black boxes. They do work but at least one fan on each does not. They appear bright and powerful. And have no use for them. If interested they are free

I agree. On your second program. I believe you have to set the color and intensity to 0. Or it will not turn off

Your programs scale perfectly fine. But with out knowing the PAR at your max intensity which in this case is 45 and 60 I really can’t offer much. Perhaps someone here knows that light and tank depth and can give you valuable advice I would error on the lower setting and turn it up over time...
