By "difficult to order from" it isn't just click and shoot to order. You have to call them. There isn't (that I've seen) a page with their "products" on it that you could go to and pick from. Maybe it's just me! Incredible wealth of info though!

Great assortment, but I have to agree that the prices aren't really all that. The purple tang that I got from them had ich in a bad way 2 days after I got him home and the gramma died during treatment (also had ich and some other terrible parasite). I think I'll stick to Trop (or LiveAquaria)...
