That almost always happens to new tanks. It happened to my tanks after over 8 years of reefing. I think I finally got it under control with AO's help. Use Rowaphos to bring down the phosphates. lots of water changes. Take a plastic fork and rubberband it to 1/2 or so tub and suck that...
