Folks, if you've recently upgraded or renewed your annual club membership but it's still not active, please reach out to the BOD or a moderator. The PayPal system has a slight bug which it doesn't allow it to activate the account on it's own.

I would also like to extend congratulations to our South and North winners, Concept3 (Merv) and Nagel (Erik)...
I just got back from the oriental grocer. Man there were (as you would probably expect) 100 different varieties of nori. Are Roasted, Toasted and Dried all the same thing?! They're all just seaweed. I ended up getting Roasted, I think, though I had the option for "dried". Dried didn't look green...

What's your favorite fish and why?
My favorite fish is my barnacle blenny. He's got tons of personality and it is always fun to play where in the world is Barney with him as he hops from rock to rock (or occassionally camping out on my algae clips).
My other favorite fish would be my eel...

Congratulations Rosie! Rosie, our newly elected Vice President, held office as Secretary for a prior term and after a leave of absence is back amongst us. She was instrumental in the clubs infancy and we're glad to have her valued input on the board and her help and assistance as we move the...

I thought I'd give the topic its own thread! So do tell. How are you plumbed?!
I'll start. Right now my 120 tank is a RR with an overflow into a wet/dry. Water is fed from there through my UV and into my fuge. The fuge is placed higher than the wet/dry and the...

Thanks!

365 miles, 50 gallons of water, 2 five gallon buckets and one five foot cooler later I'm home and I'm one tired momma! I'm sure by the time the Llama makes it home he's going to be pretty pooped too.
During this exciting adventure, the club has procured some really GREAT corals. As a result we...
We're trying to streamline our (hi Rich) sump. We need to get some of the pumps out of there in an effort to eliminate some of the heat being generated (12+* over room temp, which wasn't bad in the winter, lol) and make room for a new G3, etc). The thought was to get one big pump, rather than...
