Yes, I will use an ATO to control the solenoid. My biggest concern about using a float valve, is the restriction that it will put on the output of the ro/di water. Won't this restriction cause more water to exit out to the drain (dirty water) from the RO/DI unit?

I would try to use another pump as Mags tend to get hot. Maybe one external pump like a Reeflo Dart.

Just contacted Chris and he specifically said that " I must open it up to isolate the problem" as MikeM suggested. I will be doing that tonight as I have a feeling that Aquactinics will ask me to do the same thing. calaxa, I do not want to purchase one. I need to borrow one until I get mine fixed.
