A Sailfin or Orange Shoulder in a 150???? I've seen a full grown Sailfin in a 450 gallon, and it looked a bit cramped. THese fish get over a foot long.

Bottle up some saltwater and freeze that....two benefits.....if the bottle leaks, who cares and, it will cool your tank quicker because of the depressed freezing temperature of saltwater.

For you SLR's, they sell filters that screw onto your lens. I used these type filters years ago with B&W film work.

Ari, looks fantastic! I really like the clean look of you sump....nice looking manifold and plumbing. My only suggestion would be to switch out the metal hose clamps and metal pipe clamps with plastic. Both are readily available.

Do you know what type of clarifer you have........does it say if it's a flocculant or bio"magnet" type of clarifer? And do you know what you have floating around your tank? Either way, filtration is what removes the larger particles that are formed. If you're still seeing hazy water after...

Bio-clarifers clear your water by imparting a charge to the tiny particles that either aggregate or "stick" to other surfaces OR are flocculating agents that cause the small particles to floc, forming larger particles that will settle or get filtered out.
