Think I've might of narrowed it down to the Blue Angel Resort/Dive Shop in Cozumel. It's a smaller place, so I feel as it will be more focused for us. I've been in contact with them & they've been very helpful.

Where did you end up staying in Cozumel? In Jamaica we stayed at the Iberostar Grand Rose Hall. I looked up Iberostar in Cozumel, but the ratings aren't as good.
