Folks, if you've recently upgraded or renewed your annual club membership but it's still not active, please reach out to the BOD or a moderator. The PayPal system has a slight bug which it doesn't allow it to activate the account on it's own.
I know Tropiquarium has a service that will come in and install the tank itself. To get a company to build on site would be extremely expensive and since the only Jersey tank maker is Coast to Coast then you are probably approaching ludicrous speed.
If you are worried about a sand storm and room, get an air bubbler. They are small cheap and will keep your surface clear. I run one in my 12g and it does the job perfectly.
Most nanos run into this issue, the easiest and cheapest way to deal with it is an air bubbler. It will break the surface tension and also helps the tank, you can pick them up anywhere.
We have cultred tiger pods and it was pretty easy. I think your 5g pod farm sounds like a good idea, just make sure your strains of pods are compatible and won't eat each other. Also figure out what they do eat so they just don't starve to death in there. You don't need much, depending on the...
Jim we found that when we had a brook like infection that freshwater dips and putting them in a hospital tank was the best. We then treated for several weeks with erthriomycine (sp?) and that seemed to work. We saved our one clown and wrasse by doing that.
I think running both mp10s at full with your return pump with the koralia you will be fine (you might even be able to drop the koralia). We have used exclusively Fiji Pink in our tanks and are very happy with it, heavy enough not to become a sand storm but light enough it won't trap gunk.
Welcome to the board first off.
Secondly: When Paul says you have a high bioload it comes down to the type of fish you have along with the quantity. Tangs are notorius eaters and poopers as you have observed, especially the blue tang which can reach 16 inches when fully grown (They yellow can...
As far as fish goes start here:

Just about every one of those fish would be fine and some in multiples. The only one I would avoid is the catalina just because is needs much cooler temps than a reef and a 10g is tough to...
Can you run a 10g tank with that light and the hob filter? Absolutely, NikkiT did it for years. You just have to be really carefull what you put in the tank and make sure you are religious on a gallon a week water change. She ran is basically as a fish only with inverts. You might be able to...
Take a look an anthias maybe? Many varieties in some amzing colors, not aggressive, reef safe, don't need sand, not prone to jump (yet all fish can jump) and they generally eat smaller pieces of food.
