at half an inch in size - it's pretty difficult to give a firm id...you'd have to pull it out and get a good pic of the head. I dunno how you can distinguish that worm from one from the Dorvilleidae family or one from the Eunicidae family. Leave it be...or catch it for a better view.

i had good skimming from my aqua-c ev series - but my next one would likely be one of the above mentioned skimmers.

did you recently introduce something into the tank? it's possible they may have hitched in - or were in there for a while and never got to the population size where you'd "see" them. I wasn't aware of the down-side to flatworms - only that if the population were high enough and then suddenly...

Generally speaking if you have territorial fish (damsels fit) - then you'll want to consider ways to "mix up / confuse them" so that the territory as changed. If possible I'd re-aquascape so that the newcomers are more readily accepted. good luck. With 5 damsels - it could be all out war or it...
