Try calling the sports exchange in freehold. They usually have a lot of used workout machines and if they don't they will keep an eye out for one for you

I have seen tanks that are not level running with no problems. A half inch is pretty off level though. You can use shims to make the tank more level. Home depot has plastic ones that would work pretty well
