You could also pasturize it, put it with very little liquid in two layers of disposable tinfoil pans, bake covered at about 250F for about 30 minutes. At the risk of sounding silly, this is what I do with garden soil to start seedlings indoors.

I agree, I was really excited about the eggs on the glass- their first appearance in many months for me in the 20.

I had a clown goby for about 4 months in a F20g OWLER tank... and the poor little guy got eaten by my very nasty emerald crab. Trop has a really pretty one right now if you are anywhere near Ocean.

That is the plan, the 20g is pretty scratched up... I guess I took the frustration of law school out on it!

Been there, done that. Mike's (mnat) tank grew hair algae like crazy for a few weeks, we did water changes and then scrubbed the live rock piece by piece outside of the tank. This is going to sound strange, but tweasers work for difficult-to-reach spots on the rock.
