everything works as long as you stick to it. corals will adjust and adapt to your water. I find water changes to be the easiest way to reset the tank and parameters. I made it really easy to do water changes. I change 50g every 2 weeks. you have to do what works for you. I know reefers in NYC...

Acc usually bring them in. They are very difficult to keep alive So a lot of LFS won’t bring them in

no a box of coral from Fiji with 20 pieces cost $500- $700 per box. each box comes with 20 ~ corals. so that's $50 a piece plus the cost of the coral. reefing is really expensive at this moment that's why you have to sell torches at $100 a head

I have to say that Duncan corals from a wholesaler are $10 a head. then each box of 20 corals is $500-$700 to ship' so gone are the days of $10 frags. I don't buy online because you have so many good reef stores in NJ/NTC it just doesn't make sense to me.

I got the hydros so I am going to run that for a while. The trident has help me understand my numbers. My calcium doesn’t change at all. I haven’t dosed magnesium in over a year lol The only thing that changes in my tank is alk.
