I mix the water at 77 the same as my tank.

I use to use Red Sea and you can mix it at 34 in stead of 35. I also have used reef crystals and I stopped because the numbers are all over the place. At the moment I am using fritz and it mixes at my numbers every time.

Looks like you need to start dosing 2 part. You probably can dose kalkwasser using a dosing Pump. Corals like stability so big alk swings are not good for corals. Dosing will add alk/calcium in some amounts all day long.

It’s more important to get flow in the tank. With multiple pumps. I would leave the corner over flow the way they are. I would setup two return pumps. One on each side. Or one big return that can handle The pressure. The corner over flow on that 300 are perfect for that size tank.
