yeah the AP700 is a great light but they miss the mark by not having the light work with their older lights . the Ap700 can't even connect to the new light 360x. its a stand alone light. the new AP9x is suppose to be able to connect to all lights new and old.

So I met up with @PoeticInjustice at reefco And I was able to pick up one of his rainbow anemone. The anemone is doing great and it attached to a rock immediately.

If your ph is 8 leave it alone. Even if it drops to 7.9 I would leave it. raising your ph gets expensive using Co scrubbers and now you have another failure point. If your corals are doing good I wouldn’t chase ph. 8.2 leave it alone.

Horseplay what’s your ph? Usually it’s the calcium reactor that brings down ph. If you go back to 2part your ph goes up. Or dose Kalkwasser with your calcium. Kalkwasser if it’s a small system should be enough.

Yeah the ceiling is low in the basement so we really can’t use the space for anything else. My last setup I had everything in a closet and it was horrible.

Kessil also send me a new light. I was expecting a refurb but no they send me a brand new light. my 360we had a bad fan and was over heating. So they exchanged the light with a new one. So I am happy
