It’s amazing the amount of an impact something as simple as sand can have on an aquarium, not only does it colonies thousands of bacteria on each end, it helps bind up phosphates and nitrates, so removing it once a system has gotten used to the bio load, alters it a lot.

Also the pocillipora has long polpys when they are happy so it tends to shade the lower/deeper branches so now that the tops or them aren’t extended all the way you get to see the deeper unhappy branch.

This Walt Disney tip was about to grow out of the water and start to die so I cut it back. Going to deff be a fast growing frag as it has many growth tips. White and blue light pics.

I never had the kessels but the xr15 pro gen 4 that I have rockz.

For tanks that don’t have a lot of fish waste like mine the reef energy helps a lot. My tanks always low nutrients however if I stray away from dosing the reef energy now that the corals are growing and using it as soon as it goes In the levels will fall flat so once the corals grow like crazy...

I swear I am not a hoarder, but when it comes to my fish tank my frags end up turning into minicolonies because they are all so unique lol.

What you do for the members here Dave is incredible. I think when you came to my House you had just started building the frag tanks but I did not expect that many frag tanks :)
