I would reccomened a slack tide at the RR bridge. I have dove there before and it is a nice, and popular, dive site. However the currents are phenomenal going through there. There is a nice sized parking lot and an entrance ramp that makes it easy for divers to enter and exit the water.

I saw these fixtures at IMAC in Chicago this year. They are definitely a sweet item. The amount of light was absolutely amazing. It was definitely comparable to halides. The life expectancy on the LEDs is supposed to be like 10 years IIRC.
