Folks, if you've recently upgraded or renewed your annual club membership but it's still not active, please reach out to the BOD or a moderator. The PayPal system has a slight bug which it doesn't allow it to activate the account on it's own.
Just my 2 cents but I think the skimmer is to big for the tank. U believe you asked a few months back and a few advised it was too large. I am running a super reef octopus that does 540 lph air on a 75 and it is too large to be consistent. You have over 3 times that amount of air. At 540lph this...
Agree with above. I would take it apart again and rinse/wipe it with rodi to get all the salt off otherwise you are sure to have issues in the future. Good luck!!
The aqua medic looks exactly like the jebao except the controller is slightly different. I think they just put their name on it. I have had the jebao 4 channel for over a year and has been flawless.
Not to sound rude but this is your issue not your light. A reef tank needs very staple parameters to be successful. When you get it tested all they test for is If it is in safe range not stable. Buy a Salifert alk kit and test often, stable alk is the most important thing for a reef tank.
Well results have just as much to do with water chemistry. What is your alk calcium mag and phosphate levels? Is your alk stable, that is very important.
