Yes but you can easily clean that with alcohol and you'll have to clean the tank anyway after with vinigar Your not filling it with antifreeze. Your basically using about 3oz per hole and most of it burns off in the process. I've done about 50 holes this way and have never had any break or crack.

It would be a different look for sure. Only down side to anything in a salt tank is itll turn green. So youd be cleaning it with a toothbrush pretty much on the same schedule as cleaning your glass.

I use red sea for nitrates, iron, iodine. I use hanna for alk, calcium and phosphates. And milwakee for salinity.
