This cherrybomb frag was placed on the rock on April 18 and the second photo was taken from today, so ten days later. I’m happy to see some minor encrusting within the first two weeks, it’s a very positive site.

So far mine have stayed consistent. Make sure your batteries are good, and your vials stay clean. Meters can always start to stray from calibration or the little light beam that goes on in there.

Here’s a frag rack picture. And I’m happy to see the pink lemonade hasn’t rtned from the move between two tanks. Still strong and polpys are flowing.

Sorry I never saw this somehow, they are the rubber ones so they aren’t ones that I can change out. I contacted them and they are making it right and sending me one from China that should take 5-7 days, but with the things going on in the world it’s taking a lot longer.

Went to cut a frag today, ended up with the whole colony. Use your dads 20 year old wire cutters and this is the result. Oh well guess it’s pink lemonades turn to join the big tank.

Yeah I deffinitly need to frag more of it, this coral can get all green and pink under the right conditions. I’m my biocube I think I’m extremely low on iodine and molybdenum so it lost some of its green, here is what the frag looked like when I first got it.

I needed to make room on my frag rack to house the splice and the pink berry since that tank seems to grow coral consistently so I moved this husky fella to the big tank.

I finally spent some money on corals and I am so glad I decided to. I ended up scoring a rrc rainbow splice and I can’t wait till it grows out. The other coral is a sbb pink berry. Should colorup some but who knows I am more excited for the splice.

Before we make any bold moves, I would just get a second test done with a different kit for calcium and alk. Once you are sure it wouldn’t hurt to throw a few mls of calcium alone in there to move it up some. Keep the all for reef at the same dose tho. If everything is happy where it’s at, I...

Dang they look good!! What do you plan on fragging and growing up in them ??

Hey I was wondering if anyone who has an inkbird, consistently gets the error that says the temp difference between the two probes is abnormal? I have the probes right next to each other and the unit is less then two months old. Doesn’t even have a sponge growing on them. Thankyou!

Added two more corals to the tank today, trying to really get my levels to move.

Waterchange Tuesday and let’s see how a cherry bomb frag does in the big tank. I changed out all my filters in the biocubes ro/di and with my hanna pwt tester I was getting a reading still of 00.1 which isn’t perfect at 00.0 so I’m kinda baffled.
