Phil it was great to see you again and thank you so much for taking pictures. I brought my camera but it did not make it out of the bag in my duties and coral buying.

I bought a little bit of everything which turned into a ton of corals. Had a blast as thank you to all who showed up either to help, as a vendor or as a attendee, it was a great day.

It is tough without a picture. I was going to ask what your stocking list was as sometimes things we might expect to be reef safe are not. For example shrimp and hermits and sometimes even clownfish can annoy a torch coral by trying to host it.

How does the torch look overall? Is is fully extended and happy? Is there any skeleton showing? If it looks fine I would just let it go.

You can follow this page as I am sure a lot of aquarium people will be too. There are a ton of articles out there destroying Snorkel Bob and his terrible science/statistics. It is worrisome but it should push all of us to be better reefers.

When I first setup a tank, my first inhabitants where a pair of black and white oscellaris. They would always nip your hand when you were doing tank maintaence which always freaked me out. I felt like such a wuss being afraid of a 2 inch clown.

I use vitamin C and elos aminos for fish on my frozen food. I will also add some garlic for when I first get fish.
