Tank looks great, the new stocking plan looks really good.

There may have been some spots, I don't remember. That was from their display tank and those fish where not from sale. Considering it is a blue hippo tang, I would be surprised not to see ich on a new one in a newly setup tank.

Moorish idols have always been a tough fish to keep because of their diet. I agree with the pe mysis and I would also look for a fish food that contains a lot of sponge (there are frozen angel diets that have this).
