So I am torn between the two tanks. Help me make a decision!
I love the shallow look of the 80 Gallon Frag tank, and the dimensions are not to far off from my original 90. However, After seeing the living room without the 90, I realized how much space it was taking. I then looked into the 60...
dude, I just got home from work, let me know if you still need help when the correct tank arrives. should definitely be free the following next couple of weeks.
I think I am going to put my yellow tang in tonight after work and see how that goes, might pickup a wrasse to keep it company in there. Thanks for the suggestions!
haha! that deserves to be in a display, I don't think I would be able to keep it in a frag tank. lol
What do you keep in your frag tank? I am having some issues with algae growing on my frag plugs and wonder what fishes do you guys keep to keep that under control? I already have snails in there but they mostly stick to the glass. I am thinking about putting in my yellow tang in there because...
I am currently using ESV but deep down they are all the same. you shouldn't go wrong with them. I am not sure how much BRS 2-Part is, they have a package where its already measured for you. just need to add a gallon of RODI water. might be cheaper than the Seachem.
Also, Jim's offer is the...
I am currently using a Chinese Full Spectrum LED Fixture on top of my Frag Tank. I was suppose to use them on the 90 but that never happened. I bought two for $350 off ebay, doing wonders for colors and growth on all my corals since I had them. The Cherry Charms that I won at Darrens are finally...
That was my initial plan, build a new stand and get everything organized and go with a bigger sump but I decided to go on a different route. What better time right? I did sell some stuff off, still have some skimmers I'm try to sell. I definitely will be back, taking my time with the new build...
The stand was going to ****, salt creep was finally taking it's toll on the cheaply made stand that came with the tank. Couldn't risk coming home to a flooded living room and broken tank.
Also, be patient! these things take time and it might take weeks to see any noticeable differences. Just stick with weekly water changes for now. freshly made saltwater never hurt anything. over dosing other things tho... is another story.
Finally!!! woot!! lol
