As some of you know already I've decided to go a totally different route with this rebuild. I am not longer going with the 90RR and will be ordering a new tank soon :) I will keep you guys posted as soon as I order the tank and will let you know what I went with.

I guess I will be switching and trying out ecoBAK on my next build. I was using AquaMaxx Bio Pellets before and so no issues except for a cyano breakout.

not to open up a an of worms here but is there really a difference in bio-pellets? as far as effectiveness? I mean does the ecoBaK pellets perform better than the BRS pellets for example.

GSP for me, those things will grow on anything.

If this is the case.... Austyn, give me a txt on how much the black egg crate would be when you visit the store. I really do not want to deal with algae blooms in my frag tank. I would probably need two 2'x4' or four 2'x2' sheets if they have it.

Austyn, I plan on going down there this Sunday, if that is fine with you. I am running around like a chicken without a head getting this frag tank ready! Now, I have a slight issue with my sump. I forgot to measure the height of my 30L when I built the stand, so its a tighter fit under there...

thanks for the offer but I actually have a 20 tall. I made a mistake when I was making my stand for the frag tank and forgot to measure the available space for the skimmer collection cup so I need the height of the 20 long. never rush into things lol

I think they do that so they can prevent the WTB section to become some sort of selling section.

Bridgelux are great and will grow your corals, CREEs are even better for the reason it takes less to get the light output compared to Bridgelux. Like matt suggested, go look into a ReefBreeder's Value Unit, if you want a <$200 unit.

Anybody have one that you aren't using or know any LFS selling used ones?? Let me know!! I definitely need one by the end of this week if possible! Thanks!!

To be honest, I would be all over it but I want to weigh all my options. It makes sense to go bigger but I am limited in space. I might actually go a different route but I want it to be a surprise if I do decide to go down that road. The 150 is very much on the table though
