This is the molding I bought http://www.homedepot.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=10051&langId=-1&catalogId=10053&productId=100001951&N=10000003+90015+975

Mike that's really appreciated but your doing more than enough assisting in bringing my tank down. I don't have a sku, and couldn't locate them on HD's site but found the manufacturer, http://www.houseoffara.com/products/crown-blocks/all/OCR7P
Thanks Mike, unfortunately he didn't have the time to assist me but suggested I get corner blocks which would make the cut unnecessary so that is the direction I'm heading. Had to special order them, so the stand will be unfinished when until I get them, I intend to stain anyway then stain them...
I've been using the 14k Phoenix on my son's nano. I can't complain about them, if it ain't broke ;) I'm using the sunpod and do not have any acintics so personally I think the 20k would be too blue.
You need to change out the sockets they are different between the 150 and 250 although the 400s are good for the 250 just need to spread them farther. I got mine at PA and it's a very simple procedure, although I was replacing 250's with 250's.
Here's the stand in the current condition, I'm still in the process of sanding, and my father inlaw is willing to make the cuts for the crown molding, hopefully staining will begin tomorrow.
I am having the most difficult time making this cut and at $6 a foot it's starting to cost me >:( The molding protrudes from the stand at an angle so that at the top it attaches to the stand and the bottom is 3 inches free standing any assistance is greatly appreciated.
Once in, the sump will fit, but can I turn or fit in my sump that is 42Lx16Wx15H into a space that is 31.5Lx33deepx24H, the second specs is my opening to my cabinet, once beyond the opening the height jumps to 36H and length is 45L, fitting the sump in was a after thought :-[
We all become master plumbers when we delve into this hobby ;)
There will be head loss going 6 feet, that's why I suggested on the floor next to the sump. I realize it will take up space.
Here's the specs
115 Volt 60 Hz
145 Watts - 1.5 amps
21 Feet Shut Off
3/4 in/out threaded
1800gph at...
From the picture shown, it appears the air injector is submerged, that's the black and grey piece coming out of the water injector. With that submerged your not allowing any air into the skimmer, also your going to have serious back pressure from the water trying to escape the skimmer which will...
I really like the set-up, I'm going to make one suggestion, pull the skimmer out of the sump, you'll be able to feed it with the submerged mag18, build a stand for it outside of the sump high enough so the drain will go over the lip of the sump empty into a micron bag to alleviate the bubbles...
I'm using Photo Bucket to maintain my pics.
The frame for the stand can be seen here, the second picture is the front of the stand.

I wasn't complaining about it, just wanted to confirm my suspicion as to what it was, I have read alot about them and agree they are beneficial to a reef.
