Good luck with retirement. I do think going smaller in the new place and salvaging whatever equipment you have would be a good idea. Selling as a full setup will go no where so just sell equipment individually.

Yes, but on some other forums people used it to get rid of Dino's. I used Vibrant or peroxide.

They are tough to beat; I spent year before I got fed up and did a 7 day blackout. I would start with a 3 day blackout and bring up the nutrients a little. You can try Vibrant, NoPoX, etc.

The red bubble pic looks like Dinos to me. You need to look under a microscope to see which one and treat accordingly. I have one you can borrow and located in Lakewood.
