I've tried using a Lux Meter and this is what I'm getting using AquaticLife T5 hybrid with Radion XR30 G4 running Coralab AB+ at 70% intensity. Definitely something is not right.

Quick update, not my favorite but sadly this situations are part of the hobby. Tank went through the ugly stage and it got really ugly. Red Turf algae got worse and on top of that got Diaton and then Cyano. Lost every single frag of SPS due to RTN and Hammer heads closed and never reopened...
