These pitho crabs are funny. I threw in an algae wafer and they all emerged from the sand.

I did see one picking around a hammer. Didn't seem like it was actually grabbing anything. It soon moved off. I saw them doing the same to my plates lol. One is wearing one like a hat

Lol, she was with me picking them out! Yeah, it definitely helps! Keeps me between 8.0-8.3. I hit 8.3ish for first time ever a few weeks ago because we had the windows open for few days

It's been awhile since I've posted! Not much going on. The midas worked out. I had a blackcap basslet in QT and it died a few days in. Someone pointed out I had flatworms so I picked up a 6line last week. Ironically, its the midas blenny that's the bully. The 6line seems to be a model citizen...

Appreciate the info. I moved the goni to lower light and flow. 2 huge feather dusters came for the ride lol I setup a QT for the 6line. Reefco said theyre getting some in Wednesday , but probably make it out there Friday. I dipped some corals in RODI for a few seconds and I did notice tiny ones...

I dont have any so theyre okay, haha. I've looked more closely and I definetly have a ton of flatworms. However, theyre actually not on any coral. I think the goni just got too much light.

Update on flatworms. Went to reefco to get flatworm exit but suggested a wrasse first. They only had big melanarus so im going to wait till next week they're going to try to get a 6 line in. I tried sucking some off the fether duster before I left. When I got home they all pretty much moved...

Had this goni in my tank for months and about a month ago i woke up and it was bleached. Thought it was dead but noticed some extention and still had some red to it. I was going to move it but it has a ton of feather dusters on it. Should I just leave it be? The rest of my corals are fine...
