So I may have a dumb question and I may even answer it on my own. When I got introduced to dosing pumps, I already had a heavy stock of corals in my tank so I basically tested and tested to see what was used and dosed accordingly.
Now that my tank has barely anything in it, do I just dose to...
Lock it up dude. Its the best thing to do in your position. You don't wanna be left with a few browned out pieces that you'll wind up "throwing out". Like others have said, if no one has paid, wrap it up.
Little update: Anthias are doing great in their new home. Eating well and often. My blueberry gorgonian is absolutely beautiful. I spot fed it zooplankton a few times and it reacted instantly. Pretty neat. Still gotta get some new food for it tho. Almost out of ZP.

I'm starting to get an algae bloom on my...
Gotcha! Easy enough. Was definitely the easiest thing to set up ever! Lol well I started with 1 cup and in 2 weeks I'll add more. Is there a reason for starting off with a lower amount? I estimated my system to be around 170g so that would be roughly 3 1/2ish cups?
Oh so they breakdown over time? I may get the gallon bucket eventually depending on how quickly they need to be added. Are the aquamaxx bio pellets any good?
