Figured while its fresh in my mind as I have done this twice. Be sure to flush all filters thoroughly. Test water in a glass container if using a handheld TDS meter. Plastic seems to through off the readings.

I took the hose and put it into a glass directly and tested and it's 0. I assume that the cartridge did not filter enough at first or its the bucket. I scoped some water from the plastic bucket when I tested before. Thanks everyone seems I'm good now.
