    Tom you could always use little bit from now and then!! Any time your phosphates gets low add some… it’s great food just that phosphates get crazy high and if you don’t have a good Refugion thing can get difficult

    I had a big spike as well a few weeks ago!! I just added vinegar and LC and number are back to normal!!! The reason for me was that I move the tank and release all of that!! You have to try to think what you done in those days that spiked up your numbers
