Just picked up the T5 from Damon so now the questions start. It has 4 separate plugs: 1 for the fan, 1 for the LED, 1 for the daylights and 1 for the actinic. I plan to put them on timers so what is a good combo? Mark

Ken, I don't believe that is a pin cushin urchin. My LFS store a few months back had two in a separate tank and they were huge. I have a pin cushin and the only trouble is it knocking down/moving rock. It has crawled over my zoos and paly but they just close up until it moves on. Mark

Phyl, Thanks for the reply. The filter is to big for floss and the pads are outrageously over priced. Last year I tried to use pea gravel but think it's to small and makes the filter to compact. I was considering rocks the size of those white garden ones. I'll have to stop at HD or Lowes and...

What media besides bioballs can be used in filter for a pond? I have an Eheim canister with no media. The pump is in the pond with a hose to the filter. It's make shift until I can get a better filter. Thanks, Mark

I hear what your saying. Seems like he gets items on credit and then doesn't pay. So he goes from one supplier to another on down the line. Will probably have to get an accountant to sort through everything so we know exactly what going on before buying.

I keep some hermits and snails in mine. Its small a HOB fuge. Others have larger ones and keep cheap fish in there. You don't want to stock it heavy. Extremely lite stocking or it will defeat the purpose of having a fuge.
