I hate to be the skeptic here, but water (and all that crap that floats in it) has tremendous diffusive and absorptive capability. It (water) is 800 times as dense as air. If we could live between 10 to 30 feet underwater, we wouldn’t have to worry about getting a sunburn….or a tan, for that...
