Im sure any retailer will agree with me that the customer service from AGA over the past 5 years has gone down the crapper in a major way..... They have this holier than thou attitude that in my opinion isnt warrented because even their tanks have fallen to just about the bottom of the quality...

Well I dont know how but I ended up VERY lucky,no power for 7 days tank water was freezing temps in the 50's. I lost my Aussie rainbow hammer,aussie rainbow elegance and a super nice aussie orange hammer from anthony and teri and 1 firefish,all other fish and corals look like they may make it.

Thought i would have some stuff to offer but im still without power and i dont have high hopes for much of anything to make it. if it does im in for helping out.

If you can find a walmart with power check in the fishing isle,thats where i found the ones i got 9:30 lastnight if not then use a turkey baster or the old fashioned hand crank egg beater to agitate the tank surface.

Powers out battery pumps are running,wind is blowing like mad sounds like freight trains running down the street

Or you can warm some tank water on the grill and add it slowly,thats what we did with the snow storm last october with no ill affects
