You can also get tank bred neon gobies they too will clean fish,or you can get a med. called no sick fish totaly reef safe but expensive little bottle is about $60.00 works great though.

for arches if you don't want to drill and wiretie you can look into manmade rock you can find kits on ebay that have custom arches and stuff. HTH

Numbers sound good for that size tank,but the rock amount you never really know till you aquascape the tank.That amount of rock might be way to much or way to little for what you have envisioned. HTH

Mine were fine under PC's till one of my ballast some how found it's way into the tank and fried everything..
