My apex jr is hard wire only, no wireless

I have an apex jr. It happened to me like this occasionally but after unplug and plug back in it work. Does it work for you after you unplug/plug? I now have it plugged in through a smart outlet so I can remotely unplug it.

The reservoir I have in my waterbox stand is quite small. Need to fill every 2 days in winter. A remote one is more convenient to fill also. Hide behind a piece of furniture.
