For $1500 a summer, I would keep it in a marina. I own a Nacra catamaran (like a hobie cat). It’s kept on a beach owned by a club. I can go out after work on a whim and sail a few hours before dark. I would not do that if I had to trailer it and launch it all the time. Make it easily accessible...

Where's you alk at? ph dropping from 8 to 7.7 is normal within a one day period. If you tested multiple days at the same time and ph drops it could be co2 in the house.

Are you using the waveengine? The XS seems to be similar to the Apex Jr for $199. Additional WiFi outlets only $40.

Sump cam is installed. This allows me to monitor the system anytime anywhere. Since I don’t use a filter sock on regular basis and carbon dose, the skimmer works extra hard. Here it’s only one day after cleaning.

My fish are savages when it comes to oysters. I got them frozen from Chinese supermarket. Each oyster is cut into about 5 pieces and I feed one each day. When the oyster is broken up it releases particles and juices like a white cloud. Must be super nutritious for the corals as well. the CBB...
