I dose AFR and it does not crystalize for me. is the area where you are dosing getting any type of salt splash, creep happening?

not sure if this was mentioned but how many times a day are you dosing? can you cut up your dosage to smaller frequent dosing to help keep the fluid in the lines moving and prevent crystallization

during the summer, yeah, prices are going to be high but walmart or target should have one sub $200. try Costco as well.

another option would be to get a heap window ac unit for the time being.

I would advise looking into check valves and make sure that all connections are tight fitting.
