It was not pods and I was feeding nori - the wrasse I know was a bad sore probably from parasite ? Idk but I think I'll go fallow and dose nitrates for a month ?

My return pump did seize up tonight.. which was weird - I took it apart and thoroughly cleaned it and it is running very good again.. anyone experience something like this?
