Selling a Coralife Pure-Flo II with added DI stage (4 stage) RO/DI system and accessories. This unit does 50 gallons per day. All filters were changed about 4 months ago (still have plenty of life in them) and the membrane was changed in Dec. 2011. I have the auto shut off kit installed along...
Looking at the pic it looks like the healed part is not encrusted to any rock. So normally when we frag monti's like that we just do it by hand. Hold it with your two fingers and just snap it off. Using snips on a monti like that will usually cause it to snap and break in a way you didn't plan.
Since your CAL is 500 I would hold off for the time being on dosing any more. Also what salt are you using and how old is it? I've heard stories about bad batches of Coral Pro salt that had ALK out the yin yang.
Since all you did was a WC the first thing i would check is your salinity. Maybe your mix was way to high or way to low.
Also during the WC did you happen to knock the sand bed around at all? That can release some nasty stuff too and could possibly explain why the skimmer went nuts.
If it is a PRO9056C then those are pretty dam solid remote starters. I have that model on the inlaws car and my wifes grandparents car.
If you notice, your remotes also will not work when you start the car with the key. It's actually a safety feature (or some say). Kevin- i hope they told you...
Any time. Did they give you any sort of manual for the remote starter? How do you remote start the car now? Off the factory remote or a separate one? If it's a non Honda remote look on the back there should be writing (either a part number or FCC ID). Let me know what it says. I'm really curios...
Trivan,
What's the model number of the Audiovox alarm/remote starter combo? When installing a new system best practice is to disable the factory alarm. On your Civic what color is the head of your key? Is it an integrated FOB (the lock and unlock buttons are on the key itself and not a separate...
I have mine about 6-8 inches off the water on my 90. I'm running 2x250 MH and 4x32 PC.
Personally I would keep your current 10-9pm cycle on the T5's and do the MH's an hour a day increasing by 30 min every other day. All while lowering your fixture 1-2 inches a week.
As for the newly acquired...
Since your more than doubling the light on your tank i would take it really slow. Maybe only drop it down 1-2 inches a week and definitely shorten how long you keep the lights on each day.
What's your current stock list and how long do you keep the T5's on now?
