It’s better to test at the same time, testing every other day now And it’s usually in range.. when you see big jumps like 1.5/2.0 dkh different then probably the test kit. remember that you coral will use more alk as they grow!! mid you really worried take some water to the fish store

Best advice that I can give you is do not adjust your alkalinity with all for reef you can use soda Ash for that purpose and use all for reef to keep it a stable. Then just wait
